Ketamine Groups & Retreats

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy: A Group Experience

Group KAP is a unique wellness experience that blends the therapeutic potential of ketamine with the power of group connection. While ketamine therapy can be done in one-on-one sessions, many clients find that participating in a small, intimate group setting adds another layer of healing. Sharing the experience with others fosters a sense of connection, reduces feelings of isolation, and creates a supportive community where participants feel safe to explore, reflect, and grow.

Group retreats also allow participants to witness one another’s journeys, which often leads to powerful moments of resonance and shared insight. This combination of individual inner work and gentle group connection can make the retreat experience deeply meaningful and memorable. This retreat-style program is designed to foster self-exploration, insight around life's challenges, healing, and a sense of belonging.

Cost: Each group ketamine retreat includes 4 sessions: An intake screening, guided preparation, in-person ketamine session, and an integration group to deepen insights and process experiences.
