ADHD & Neurodivergence
Living as a neurodivergent person—whether you have ADHD, autism, sensory sensitivities, or another form of neurodiversity—can come with both unique strengths and real challenges. The world often isn’t built with your brain or body in mind, which can lead to exhaustion, self-doubt, or shame about simply being who you are.
In our work together, you don’t have to mask or apologize for who you are. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where we can explore your experiences, identify what truly supports you, and develop strategies that honor the way you naturally think, feel, and process the world. My goal is to help you reduce shame, build self-understanding, and develop a sense of peace in a world that can sometimes feel overwhelming.
I also offer ADHD assessments for adults who want greater clarity about their experiences. Understanding whether ADHD or another form of neurodivergence may be part of your story can be an empowering step toward greater peace of mind.

“To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.”
`-Ralph Waldo Emerson
