WOMEN’S RETREAT: THE MEDICINE OF SELF-COMPASSION
May 2, 2026
Does it feel like you’ve been holding so much for so long?
Do you wish you could be more kind to yourself, but aren’t sure how?
Are you struggling to feel at home in your own body and within yourself?
This upcoming retreat is for women who find themselves stuck in cycles of high-functioning burnout — continuing to show up, care for others, and meet expectations while feeling depleted, disconnected, or quietly overwhelmed inside. Group ketamine work offers a gentle space to soften self-judgment and reconnect with self-compassion. In a supportive community, participants are invited to witness and be witnessed, to rest in shared humanity, and to remember they are not alone. This work is especially supportive for women longing to deepen self-acceptance, nurture their inner world, and rediscover their innate worth — the quiet knowing that you are enough.
