FAQs About Group Ketamine Retreats
-
Yes. When administered in a clinical setting and guided by trained professionals, ketamine therapy is considered safe for most people. All participants will need to go through a medical clearance with a prescribing doctor prior to be accepted into the group.
-
Before your session, you’ll meet with a clinician and medical provider who will take the time to ensure the treatment is a good fit for you. Once you’re accepted into the program and medically cleared, you’ll join a group preparation session where you’ll be gently guided through intentional preparation. This creates space to reflect on your intentions, explore your goals, and ask any questions you may have, helping you enter the experience feeling grounded, supported, and confident.
-
Retreat spaces are warm, calming, and thoughtfully prepared, with low lighting and soft textures that create a cozy, nurturing atmosphere. A carefully curated music playlist will accompany you throughout the experience, gently guiding your inner journey.
Blankets, eye masks, and comfortable seating are provided to help you fully relax and settle in.
Each retreat is led by two licensed therapists who work together to create a container that feels both safe and spiritually attuned. Through gentle guidance and meditation, they help ease you into a state of calm and presence.
During the ketamine session, participants are continuously supported and monitored by a therapist. Our role is to care for you, so you can focus on exploring your inner landscape, releasing tension, and welcoming insight.
Afterward, you’ll be welcomed into a gentle yet powerful group integration.
Following the medicine session, there will be a light group sharing circle for those who wish to speak about their experience. Participants will also return for a full integration group after the retreat, offering space to further process their journey. This session may include guided reflection to help weave insights from the experience into daily life.

Individual session are always an option and may be preferred for individuals that have never had experience with Ketamine. I can always offer individual KAP sessions for clients who prefer a one-on-one setting. During our intake call, we can decide together which format will best meet your needs.
-
Not at all. Sharing after a ketamine session is completely optional. Many participants find listening to others meaningful even if they don’t speak. My hope is to create a safe space where you can choose how much to engage.
-
Yes. Integration is key to getting the most from your session. After your retreat, you’ll be invited to join a dedicated integration group where you can process your experience, receive guided reflection, and connect with community.
With consent, your clinicians will also set up a Whatsapp group so that you can stay connected.
