FAQs About Group Ketamine Retreats

  • Yes. When administered in a clinical setting and guided by trained professionals, ketamine therapy is considered safe for most people. All participants will need to go through a medical clearance with a prescribing doctor prior to be accepted into the group.

  • Before your session, you’ll meet with a clinician and medical provider to ensure the appropriateness of treatment. After being accepted into the program, and medically cleared, you will have a group preparation session, and be guided through. intentional preparation to allow space for intention, goals, and questions. This preparation helps you enter the experience with clarity and confidence.

  • Our retreat space is warm, calming, and thoughtfully prepared with low lighting and soft textures create a cozy atmosphere. There will be a carefully curated music playlist to guide your inner journey.

    Blankets, eye masks, and comfortable seating help you fully relax.

    Retreats are led by two licensed therapists. Together, they create a container that is both safe and spiritually attuned, offering guided meditation to ease you into a state of calm.

    During the ketamine session, participants are supported and monitored by therapist. Our job is to take care of you, so you can focus on exploring your inner landscape, releasing tension, and inviting insight.

    After ou’ll Be Welcomed Into a Gentle Yet Powerful Group Integration

    After the medicine session, you will be welcomed into a gentle yet powerful group integration, where there will be a light group sharing circle for those who wish to speak about their experience. Participants return for a full integration group after the retreat to process their journey. This session may include guided reflection to help bring insights into daily life.

  • Individual session are always an option and may be preferred for individuals that have never had experience with Ketamine. I can always offer individual KAP sessions for clients who prefer a one-on-one setting. During our intake call, we can decide together which format will best meet your needs.

  • Not at all. Sharing after a ketamine session is completely optional. Many participants find listening to others meaningful even if they don’t speak. My hope is to create a safe space where you can choose how much to engage.

  • Yes. Integration is key to getting the most from your session. After your retreat, you’ll be invited to join a dedicated integration group where you can process your experience, receive guided reflection, and connect with community.

    With consent, your clinicians will also set up a Whatsapp group so that you can stay connected.
