Ketamine-Assisted PsychotherapyA Group Retreat Experience
ONE DAY, ONE SHIFT - A NEW WAY FORWARD
Group KAP is a unique wellness experience that blends the therapeutic potential of ketamine with the power of group connection. While ketamine therapy can be
done in one-on-one sessions, many clients find that participating in a small, intimate group setting adds another layer of healing. Sharing the experience with
others fosters a sense of connection, reduces feelings of isolation, and creates a supportive community where participants feel safe to explore, reflect, and grow.
Group retreats also allow participants to witness one another’s journeys, which often leads to powerful moments of resonance and shared insight.
This combination of individual inner work and gentle group connection can make the retreat experience deeply meaningful and memorable.
This retreat-style program is designed to foster self-exploration, insight around life's challenges, healing, and a sense of belonging.

WOMEN’S RETREAT: THE MEDICINE OF SELF-COMPASSION
May 2, 2026
-
This upcoming retreat is for women who find themselves stuck in cycles of high-functioning burnout — continuing to show up, care for others, and meet expectations while feeling depleted, disconnected, or quietly overwhelmed inside.
Group ketamine work offers a gentle space to soften self-judgment and reconnect with self-compassion. In a supportive community, participants are invited to witness and be witnessed, to rest in shared humanity, and to remember they are not alone.
This work is especially supportive for women longing to deepen self-acceptance, nurture their inner world, and rediscover their innate worth — the quiet knowing that you are enough.
